SHIPPING INFORMATION

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP

In general, orders will ship on Mondays to avoid sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend.

For EX: If you place your order on Wednesday, it will ship the following Monday.

This ensures that your candles arrive fresh.

CAN I PLACE A RUSH ORDER

Please call our customer service department at 985-570-8423 to inquire.

HOW SHIPPING PRICES ARE CALCULATED

Shipping costs are calculated by the weight and size of the package. For example, a package of 12 candles is approximately 20 LBS and is 20 X 20 X X 4.5.  The shipping carrier calculates the shipping rate by these dimensional weights. We then send you a PayPal Invoice based on these costs.

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE SHIPPING

Once your package is weighed and measured, you will receive a separate Shipping Invoice that you can pay via PayPal or you can send a check.

The sooner your Shipping Invoice is paid, the quicker you will receive your candles.

HOW WILL MY PACKAGE BE SHIPPED

We have partnered with FEDEX as our shipping provider to ensure that your package arrives on time and in good condition.

If you have a preferred shipping provider of your own, please contact us to request a different carrier.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED

You will receive an email that will tell you when you package has shipped and will include your FEDEX Tracking Number.

You will also find this information by logging into your Status Luxury Candles Account.

SAFETY

Never leave a lit candle unattended. This could be a fire risk. Always place your candle on a level, heat resistant, non-flammable surface away from fabric or drapes. Choose an area free from drafts to avoid uneven burning. Do not place your candle on a marble or glass surface. If the bottom of the hot candle glass comes in contact with a cold material, the glass may crack.
